What are the practice hours?

The hours are as follows:

Monday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Tuesday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Wednesday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Thursday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Friday: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Availability of specific times are not guaranteed until agreed upon by the therapist and client.

What if you do not accept my insurance?

Currently, we only accept BlueCross BlueShield and Aetna. If you have another form of insurance or do not have insurance, you will need to pay the self pay rate. Depending on your benefits, you may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Upon request, we will provide a superbill for reimbursement. We offer limited sliding scale spots based on financial need.

Do you offer telehealth services?

Yes! We offer both telehealth and in person services. You do not have to commit to one or another. You may change services as needed.

Do you offer services for minors?

Yes! We see adolescents aged 15 and up. 

What do I need to do before my intake appointment?

Please be sure to complete all intake paperwork 48 hours before your intake appointment. If you have any questions or concerns before the appointment, do not hesitate to reach out! During the intake, we will answer any additional questions you may have, as well as discuss relevant topics such as insurance and scheduling.

Once you have completed all the paperwork, all you need to do is come as you are!
